ServTraq

ServTraq is an application designed and supported by Central Coast Energy Services, Inc. specifically designed to help Local Energy Service Providers (LSPs) serve low income populations throughout California effectively and efficiently.  It is a task centric tool that not only streamlines service processes but simplifies and documents compliance with CSD contracts in the administration of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP), Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (DOE WAP) and the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Funded Low Income Weatherization (LIWP) programs. It may also be used to track similar utility programs.

ServTraq is currently in use by 33 local service providers. Its development is guided by the recognition that contract/program requirements change constantly and a highly adaptive tool is needed to preserve local control for local needs. It accommodates widely varying methods for the delivery of services while offering compliant reports for costs reimbursement. ServTraq meets data upload requirements of CSD and is supported by an exceptional HelpDesk service.
