ServTraq generates set Direct Program Activities (DPAs) reports as required by CSD contracts for linear entry into the Expenditure Activity Reporting System (EARS) online reporting system. Web-Service Interface is also integrated in ServTraq for detailed data submission to CSD’s Weatherization Repository Database. Non-Reconciliation between the two CSD Reporting Systems can be costly and time consuming. ServTraq offers a reporting process to minimize the possibilities of payment withhold due to non-reconciliation. Ad Hoc reports are also easily generated through the Analytics Custom Report module as well.

FTP file transfer functionality is also available for CSD client file monitoring compliance. Hard files can be uploaded, transferred, and sent to CSD; while maintaining electronic documentation and tracking in one central system.
