Training is offered Onsite or Offsite with instruction, demonstration, and hands-on guidance that includes handouts, forms and other materials for new on boarding agencies.

Training videos, written guides, and remote support are also available to minimize the burden on agencies to train new users on system operations. 

We work with our user community to continually develop and refine our software to meet the needs of California Service Providers and attain peak productivity and results.
